We recently had a very pleasant buying experience at Gates Honda of Richmond. I initially dealt with friendly, helpful Sales Manager Carl Naillieux who was honest and forthright. Dom was attentive, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Following our trade in appraisal and negotiations, we settled on price. Honda offered a very competitive interest rate that we accepted. The Finance Manager was efficient, informative and friendly. Following the purchase paperwork, Dom introduced us to the many technological assets of our new 2022 Ridgeline RTL-E. The entire buying experience was efficient yet pleasant and relaxed. Following our 1st buying experience at Gates, we would highly recommend doing business with Carl and Dom at Gates Honda.
