Gates service team identified that the prior place who installed my break pads, had incorrectly i I brought my sienna in to have the breaks looked at. Gates service team identified that the prior place who installed my break pads, had incorrectly installed the break pads causing major damage to the rotors. Gates took pictures and provided those to me. Gates service team advised me to take it back to the place that incorrectly installed the breaks. I did and it was so helpful to have the pictures and written statement on the invoice from Gates to show the evidence to Sears, without that they wouldn’t have given me the time of day! I am very thankful to the team members at Gates who assisted me on Saturday Nov. 24th, 2018. More

Gates Toyota, Went in to get new tires installed, that installation went well. Was there just an hour and a half. The waiting room is comfortable and clean. When my service was complete brain mentioned to me that my truck frame had holes in it and took photos of the holes and informed me of the warranty recall campaign that Toyota had to cover the corrosion problem with Tacoma trucks and got the process going to notify Toyota of the holes in my frame. When I got my receipt they were $10. each and $5.00 eash to install. What did it take 3 minutes each to replace and you charged $10. I knew there would be a labor charge but I just thought that was a little much. More
