This is the 2nd car that I have purchased thru Gates and this last experience was nothing like I expected or experienced. There's a huge lack of communication between employees and managers to the customer this last experience was nothing like I expected or experienced. There's a huge lack of communication between employees and managers to the customers. Everything that I was told became lies. I told them what I could afford for payments, which they had me initial beside the amount only to find out at signing (4 days later) that my payments are $30.00 more than we agreed upon and not one person told me about. Everything about this sale I feel was all bogus. We planned on purchasing a 1 ton pickup truck but it definitely won't be from here. I also only received 1 key for the car now to find out it is going to cost an additional $479 to get another. More
