The staff was friendly. We worked with Brooke and we really liked her. She was pleasant and knowledgable. We also worked with Jeff. He was very blunt and too the point without being rude or pushy. Kolin was great to work with. He listened to my needs and concerns because the last 2 cars I bought (NOT at Gates) were lemons and I was nervous about it happening again. He found the car type I wanted with the amount off miles bring low plus it has a bumper to bumper warranty and I just take it to their garage instead of leaving me out to dry like the other two places did. I am a Gates for life customer now! And Jeff Howe also was great to work with. He explained everything to me and made sure I knew what I was signing before I signed. Review is low because I was told one price over the phone and then when i went in to pay I was told a different price of about 50 dollars more with no explanation why. Brooke was my guardian angel! She really LISTENED to my wants and budget and got it on the 1st try!!
