Promise Kept I viewed the dealer's inventory online prior to arrival. Test drove the vehicle I was looking for and one other. Came to agreement on first vehicle. I viewed the dealer's inventory online prior to arrival. Test drove the vehicle I was looking for and one other. Came to agreement on first vehicle. Alex, as well as the sales manager and finance person met my interest rate, sales price and monthly goals after minor negotiations. I had a few concerns related to the used vehicle they promised to address and an add on that was promised as part of the sale. Returned vehicle a couple days following the sale to take care of these "owed items". They provided me with a wonderful loaner vehicle to drive and when I picked up my vehicle 3 days later I was thrilled that everything promised had been completed. It was a long day but I was very happy with the result. Great experience. Alex is a natural car salesperson but has the ability to "turn it off" when it's pointed out the sales pitch isn't needed. He'll go far in this business, keeps his promises and goes a long way to keep a customer happy. More
