Even though I considered buying a Ram I couldn't discount the good luck I've had w GM vehicles. I've worked with Jeremy the last 10 years or so and find him competent and easy to deal with. I wasn't completely sure what I wanted when I walked in the door, but it didn't take us long. Dealing with a salesperson should be a partnership as much as anything. Great follow-through from staff! Justin was very thorough in answering any questions that we had, both before and after the sale. There were no high pressure sales techniques and he allowed us plenty of time during the test drive to ask questions, while offering information about the vehicle spontaneously as well. Although we were there on a very busy day, we were not rushed through the process. Justin took the time to make sure that we were pleased with our purchase. Ryan in finance was equally professional and friendly. He thoroughly explained our options for financing and extended warranty and was very responsive to questions that we had following the sale, also. We are very pleased with the staff at Gateway we would recommend, without hesitation, that our friends and family visit this dealership when they are in the market for a vehicle. More

Very good buying experience I've been keeping an eye out for my next vehicle for quite awhile, not ever seeing anything I was really interested in. Passed an Armada on the road I've been keeping an eye out for my next vehicle for quite awhile, not ever seeing anything I was really interested in. Passed an Armada on the road on Friday, and it very much fit what I was looking for, so I did a local internet search to see if there were any worth looking at. Gateway had one that fit my criteria, so I decided I'd take a look while I was doing a few errands. I thought it was great looking, and was going to leave it at that for the time being, but decided I should at least do a quick test drive to gauge my interest, as well as have them evaluate my trade so I could get a ballpark of whether or not I would consider making a deal. Brandon (sales) came back with numbers that, frankly, were in line with what I considered fair, so I was going to further consider, as well as check my usual financing folks, etc, the coming week. I very much appreciated that I wasn't given a hard push; Brandon was very good about me getting back to him. Before I left, Nick (sales mgr) asked if there was anything he could do to have me consider getting a deal done that day - at which I explained to him my desire to check with lenders, as well as of course have my wife check out the vehicle as well. Nick assured me that the lender issue would not be a problem, and if I wanted to go with one I could cut a check to the other, and as for checking with my wife, he urged me to take the vehicle for an extended test drive to check that off the list as well. Long story short, I ended up with a new vehicle that day! The only negative I have is that the business was kind of backed up Saturday, so there was quite a wait to get to the business office part and also to have the new vehicle clean up. I'm not knocking my review points on this, as I had time this day; otherwise it may have been mildly frustrating. More
