BUYER BEWARE - once you purchase, they either lie to you or don’t respond. Missing an accessory on my new truck, they said it didn’t come with it. The last two times we’ve had service done at Gateway, it has been subpar. When we took our 2022 Traverse to get an oil change; they didn’t acknowledge that there was an existing recall or that there was a t has been subpar. When we took our 2022 Traverse to get an oil change; they didn’t acknowledge that there was an existing recall or that there was a ticking sound under the hood…so I had to make different appointments for these things that they should have previously acknowledged. During our second service, recall was still not acknowledged and they had to order a part for the “ticking” noise. When we got our vehicle back; it rattles very loud now. We got it back worse! I called our service person; and she conveniently wasn’t available. Still waiting for resolution. More
