Service adviser didn’t listen well enough to me during vehicle check-in. Vehicle had transmission problems and the diagnosed it as battery and thermostat repair. Upon hearing the diagnosis I questioned it was was told basically that I was “wrong”. Picked up the vehicle and attempted to drive the 3 miles home and my truck left me stranded in the middle of the intersection of 91st & McDowell during a very busy traffic day. I can’t believe the mechanic test drove my vehicle and if they did wondering how long it was. Returned vehicle back dealership and second time it was discovered the TCM was bad. It was repaired correctly the second time. This event covered over two weeks as I travel extensively for work and was greatly inconvenienced during this repair time. More
