So from the beginning to end Gateway treated us like family. I am frustrated that I scheduled an appointment for my vehicle and it wasn't looked at until 3 days later. On top of this, it wasn't even completed. When dropping off the car, I was quoted 3 days for the vehicle and it wasn't looked at until 3 days later. On top of this, it wasn't even completed. When dropping off the car, I was quoted 3 days for the AC to be even looked at but that the oil change could be done during the appointment. I decided just to leave the car to see if it could be done sooner than 3 days, even though I had an appointment for it to be done. On Monday, I was quoted a cost for the AC. Due to the cost, I decided to hold off on it but the oil change hadn't been completed in the 3 days the car was there. I ended up waiting another 2 hours at the dealership and it still wasn't completed even though I was told that could have been done during my appointment time 3 days earlier. Why wasn't it done? I'm confused as to why I have to make an appointment if that scheduled time isn't going to be honored. I don't' know if it's connected, but when I arrive to have service, including on this visit, I'm told which rep will be with me when I arrive. But then that rep comes up to my car and ask me why I'm there. I'm apparently on that person's schedule, I shouldn't have to give them a run down of why I'm there when it's on their paper. No one seems to know what they're doing. I really wish my time was valued. That's what a scheduled visit is for. The rep was nice and gave me a discount on the cost of the diagnostic of the AC but I won't be back to this location again. More
