I was initially quoted 2 hours for my oil change. After 3.5 hours of waiting, I found my service person, Kyle who informed me that there was a recall on my car and that it needed a system update for my rad 3.5 hours of waiting, I found my service person, Kyle who informed me that there was a recall on my car and that it needed a system update for my radio. The feedback I want to give, is please communicate that to your customers. I feel that my time was not valued and wasted. Taking the extra 5 minutes to give me a call to let me know it's going to be longer is basic customer service skills and is appreciated as a customer. The car wash at the end was rushed and looked very badly when I pulled away, but since the plans that I had were ruined, I didn't have time to go back to get it rewashed. Additional feedback is the amount of emails and text messages I got reminding me of my appointment was excessive. I understand that people miss their appointments, but the daily reminders are not needed More
Took my 2021 chevy silverado to have the cruise control checked cause it showed unavailable.They had it for 2 full days took it in at 7 am and picked it up the next day at 5 pm.
