Service advisor was great dealership was clean . The problem is it took 2 hrs to do the oil change. They didn’t even rotate the tires, but hey the noted that in the invoice. Took my car on Tuesday morning to so they can check why the engine light is on, my car was at the dealership for almost two days and they did nothing. I have kids and as a single parent reliable transportation is a must. Had it not been for Jon and his communication rigor this situation could have been bad. I was mislead, I purchased a 2018 VW CC and was told the car was in factory OEM condition, it was not! I had to replace the tail lights which cost me $750.00 at the VW dealer because they had a plastic tint car was in factory OEM condition, it was not! Also the inside of the car was wrapped with black tape and I had to take it to a special place to remove it, that cost me $500.00 The miles I signed the title for was 39,000 and the car actually had 41,076 so I had to report Title fraud through the MVD. Also the I paid $17,680 cash for the car but the out the door price was $21,000. The dealer added $3,320 in taxes and fees and added an alarm which I did not authorize. I had to have the alarm taken off which cost me more money. I was promised by James about getting another key for the car. Once I paid cash for the car, they forgot who I was. I did not get another key and was lied to. I had to pay $325 for another key at the VW dealership. I wouldn't buy a bicycle from Gateway Chevrolet, the don't tell the truth and are very devious people. My experience was very very dissatisfying!!! Don't buy anything from them!!! They take advantage from you, but the way keep your $100 Visa Gift card, it probably comes with some strings attached. The worst experience I ever had at a car dealership. The deanship makes excuses for everyone's actions and play the victim. They don't take accountability for their actions. Anything goes with these guys. Don't buy a car here. More
