Poor Service. This is the second time I brought my vehicle to be serviced. The first time they did an oil change for a V8 engine on my truck when it’s a v6. Good thing I caught it before I left, then vehicle to be serviced. The first time they did an oil change for a V8 engine on my truck when it’s a v6. Good thing I caught it before I left, then had to wait for them to re do the service. I didn’t learn my lesson so I gave them another chance and brought it back for a second time for transmission fluid exchange oil change and tire rotation. turns out they charged me but didn’t rotate my tires, and who knows if they changed the transmission fluid or oil. Yulissa at the front desk has the most horrible attitude. She is the wrong person to be at the front counter. I asked her long it would be until My loaner would be ready, she snapped her head at me and said it will be ready when I call you. Needless to say, fool me twice and I go to another Chevy dealer who holds to a higher service standard. More

Normally wouldn’t be a big deal. But I paid 400$ on repairs for my car. They didn’t do a courtesy wash. When they brought my car up they took the keys. I then had to spend 10 minutes tracking down my k repairs for my car. They didn’t do a courtesy wash. When they brought my car up they took the keys.
