Outside of 2 things that bothered us, the purchase and pickup service for our new vehicle was excellent as was the price we paid and the trade in for our Ford truck. The two things that bothered us were: 1. The salesman told us we could get whatever shade tint we wanted put on the truck. We were never asked what color tint we wanted and when the vehicle was turned over to us the tint had already been put on (we wanted a darker shade for the rear window). When I asked the salesman about this he said it could not be changed once put on or it would void the warranty. Not the answer I wanted. 2. We asked if the trailer brake controller on our trade in could be removed and given back to us so we could put it on the Silverado we were told it could be done. It was given back to us the next day in a box which I did not check for the contents. When I made an appointment a week later to have it installed on the Silverado at La Mesa RV it turned out the only items in the box were the controller cables and the mounting box, no controller. It cost me an additional $450 to purchase a new controller. More

Took my car in 11 days before because a light came on. They took all day when my appointment was at 9 and said nothing was wrong. Well 11 days later my car completely dies while im driving on the freeway They took all day when my appointment was at 9 and said nothing was wrong. Well 11 days later my car completely dies while im driving on the freeway locking my little sister and i in the car. We were left without lights and basically the car was a paper weight. With only 7000 miles on the car a sales representative said it sounds like you bought a lemon because now things just break on it randomly. Would never buy from here. Our sales advisor is nice and its not his fault management sucks. More

I spent $520 in services, I notified the staff assisting me I had a coupon but was unable to locate it. She replied I needed it. I was unable to find it, the next day I located the 15% coupon for $500 or mo me I had a coupon but was unable to locate it. She replied I needed it. This was my go to dealership, now I will have to look for a different dealer that values their customers. More
