I wanted to make this a 5-star review, however, during financing, we nearly signed away at an 8% interest rate when I qualified for a 4.89% interest rate. My husband asked while I was signing, what it cam financing, we nearly signed away at an 8% interest rate when I qualified for a 4.89% interest rate. My husband asked while I was signing, what it came in at and questioned it. I had been pre-approved. Turns out, it was a mistake? I did end up getting the proper rate, but to think I could be paying more than 2% more interest every month is upsetting. In addition, the delivery process was confusing and so unorganized. Overall, our shopping experience was great. Our salesperson, Mark, was great. The lot supervisor, Edwin, was great. More

Brought our Chevy Volt here for service. Overall, service was good. Only complaints would be how long it took for an oil change (3.5 hours) but was very pleased with the Lyft services offered.
