When your there they are very nice to you. But once they get there sale and your done with your purchase that all goes away. I went to several other dealers before ending up at Gateway Chevrolet. I have to say it was a breath of fresh air to deal with a salesman that stuck to his word and was honest throughout the whole proc Gateway Chevrolet. The quote I received via text message was the exact same quote I received in person and it never changed. The other dealers that I went to always ended up giving me quotes that were 2 or 3 times the amount they initially quoted me. We were in and out of Gateway within 2 hours and walked out with a brand new truck. Everyone was so friendly and helpful throughout the whole process and made for a pleasant experience. More

Rico Canales was an enormous help. I had to buy a car unexpectedly and didn't have a lot of time. He was friendly, quick, and professional. He even came out to my house to pick up my trade-in (20 minute unexpectedly and didn't have a lot of time. He was friendly, quick, and professional. this guy was horrible. Lied about prices. Told me gap insurance was $200 , he charged me $800 . also added a lot of packages to my loan that I didnt want or ask for. This guy was very sneaky..
