Decent experience Not so bad I would say, just very very time consuming. We arrived at 0830, picked a car by about 0930 and didn’t leave until 1315. On my way home, no more than 20 minutes after driving out of dealership with my New vehicle, one of the windshield wipers broke off of the arm, i called Kevin (Used Care sales manager) he said bring it in and we will take care of it. Right now at this moment I am sitting in the customer lobby waiting for them to fix wiper and check if windshield was damaged. No complaints with the crew i have worked with on this vehicle. Will def buy here in future. More
