Service Tech Service tech kept telling my wife he could not find my agreement in the system. When I bought the truck last year I upgraded and paid for all the upgr Service tech kept telling my wife he could not find my agreement in the system. When I bought the truck last year I upgraded and paid for all the upgrades from free services to tires, paint and dent and extended warranties. After he finally got it right then he was trying to say I needed an alignment. I have only had the truck for less than a year and it is a 2018. You would think that it is still under warranty. On top of it my wife was being harassed by the sales guys to trade it in for a 2018. Not sure if he noticed but we have a 2018. More

Great dealer if you live in Arizona. I was concerned about buying in Arizona living in California, however I was assured it would be no problem, that they would add the California sales I was concerned about buying in Arizona living in California, however I was assured it would be no problem, that they would add the California sales tax to avoid having to pay out of pocket. When I got home I couldn't find my copy of the contract that I would have to show California DMV. When I called they emailed me a copy and discovered that they only charged me tax on the difference from purchase price and trade difference which was only 454$. NOW IM STUCK PAYING ALMOST 3000$ OUT OF POCKET (which I do t have) to register in California. I find this hard to believe they didn't know the process to register in California, especially when they told me they sell alot of vehicles to California residents. More
