Johnny helped fill out paperwork for us, all we had to do was sign as each page was explained. He allowed us to test drive a couple vehicles until he got us the truck we wanted/needed at a decent price with financing that worked with our situation. I think Juan did finance paperwork with us, he was quick but didn't make us feel rushed. Will definitely recommend Gateway! More

My salesman, Dwayne Washington listened to what I was interested in, worked to find a vehicle that matched those interests and then worked to structure the best deal. The whole process was stress free and enjoyable. I drove away in the new camaro I wanted and know that I will continue to visit this dealership for my service needs as well as any future purchases! Poor customer service Other than working with Paul Hapeman, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and do not plan on purchasing any additional vehicles there. Other than working with Paul Hapeman, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and do not plan on purchasing any additional vehicles there. I purchased a pre-owned certified vehicle, told that my warranty documentation was "locked up" for the evening. I was told the documents would be available the following day, but I returned 2 days later after driving 20 miles (one way), was again told the documents were locked up. I called and spoke to manager John Huggins, who then told me I had to drive in again and "sign" for the warranty docs and told me there was no longer a general manager to speak with after I had asked to speak to the GM. Two days later I spoke with another sales manager Kevin, who stated he would have the documents in an envelope at the receptionist. The documents were not the warranty, just the certified inspection. Also, during the financing of the vehicle, Kevin in finance made a statement that was out of line regarding 'he needing to make a profit off of me'. After speaking with Paul, he was very helpful, apologetic and even delivered the documents to my home. I feel I was ignored after the sale was complete. Unbeknowst to the dealership, my husband is a mechanic and we have friends that work at another dealership- Midway Chevy. Both stated that the service and stories I was given were not standard service. and they also will not be referring family, friends, acquaintances to Gateway. I usually buy a new car every 5 years, but my next car will be purchased elsewhere. I've never received such poor and inconsistent service at any previous dealership during any previous purchase. Paul Hapemen went out of his way and above the standard to help me. He is the only good thing at Gateway. More
