Didn’t rotate my tires because the tech couldn’t find the aftermarket lug nut thing or whatever THAT WAS IN MY CAR THE WHOLE TIME. could’ve texted me to ask like they’ve done before in the past. I purchased a $50k vehicle 2 months ago and started having electrical issues to where the vehicle wouldn't drive. When I purchased the vehicle I was charged $6k for a warranty that covered "basically e having electrical issues to where the vehicle wouldn't drive. When I purchased the vehicle I was charged $6k for a warranty that covered "basically everything." When I called chevy dealership they told me to bring the vehicle to the shop and that I have a great warranty that would cover the issue and if not they would help me. They told me they couldn't offer me a loaner vehicle and I would have to purchase my own rental car while my vehicle got fixed. I explained to them that I was told I could get a loaner vehicle if my car was getting worked on but when I needed one they said there wasn't any available and it goes to customers with more major issues than mine. After the shop diagnosed the issue which was an electrical issue- I was told this issue was not covered under my warranty. I then spoke to Andre Burchette (used car sales manager) and he told me that the electrical issue (2 months into the vehicle) was considered wear and tear and there was nothing he could do to help me. He sarcastically said, " I will not pay for your wear and tear!" He told me that he "doubted his sales and finance team said the warranty would cover things like this" when I bought the vehicle. He said it was my issue not theirs. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from these guys. They are extremely shady, don't care about anything other than making a sale, after that you are on your own even if its only been 2 months. They sell a warranty that doesn't cover anything More
