Had my car in the lot for five days (FIVE DAYS! !!!) until someone FINALLY looked at it. Rental car fees piling up as it was sitting there. Called on the fifth day and I was told that the part that was giving me the issue needed replacement. That was it. No explanation of why it needed replacement, no explanation as to why your dealer sold me a lemon. Did I do something wrong? Sounds like a rotating scam to me. So, keep my money and send some employees to customer service school. There's nothing you can do to satisfy this customer. Nothing. When I need additional service, I trust Burger King more. More

The service advisors are great and have great communication skills but while I cant prove it I feel like the mechanics sabotage my vehicle to get more warranty work done.. Also my girlfriend told me she saw a mechanic hauling xxx in my car in the roads around the dealership. Also early in my vehicles life I brought my vehicle in for a problem and picked it up with the check engine light STILL ON and my car smelled like weed. Also.. They have a rule on the warranty stating that you cannot take your car to another dealership within 40miles of Gateway so ive been forced to keep taking my car in. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone... ive even paid cash at another dealership just to avoid taking my car to this one. Just recently I brought my car in for a check engine light and it was diagnosed as an intake issue got it back and its spilling oil all over my driveway... Took it in they had it for 8 days... got it back AND ITS STILL LEAKING OIL!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!! More
