My brother Dropped off my truck for a oil change service, all check ups & “detail” Wednesday morning since we are going out of the country and wanted everything to checked since it’s over a day drive. My brother picked it up for me and about 2 hours after on his way home he called me that a part above the tire broke off and wasn’t drivable I called gateway dealership right away as I was getting last min stuff ready and was about an hour out wasn’t able to speak to anyone at services and called back to speak to whoever I stated if anyone was able to help as I went in for a service earlier and before I was able to finish the lady cut me off and told me services was closed to call back tomorrow morning I asked if she was able to transfer me or redirect my call or if she was able to answer my questions or help me out on who to contact and as I was about to explain what was going on she cut me off and said “ I don’t think I can answer your questions, I’m just the receptionist here” and hung up keep in mind my little brother and his girlfriend were in the middle of nowhere late at night and had no idea what to do. My brother called and was able to talk to someone to send a tow truck that we waited over 5 hours for. Went in to the dealer the next morning as my truck was getting towed there and they said they wouldn’t cover or take responsibility for anything as the truck was lifted and supposedly that was the problem even through it’s been lifted and we haul so much stuff and never ever had a problem but the first time we take it in for a service didn’t even make it home before stuff stared breaking off and we all know 2+2=4 but of course they weren’t going to be accountable for that. I also told them I was suppose to get a detail done as the guy who made my appointment told me I would and I received a half assed wash I had no other choice and payed out of pocket since they would have it done that night and we already had to be on the road and they said they would do the detail. Picked up that night and number one no detail was done again and aside from that the manager was mad because I have the VIP CAR CARE card and showed them it covered for 20% off any 500 plus major repair he was very mad completely ignored me after looking at the card and told the service guy just do it then in a very pissed off tone and stormed off as he was leaving yelled out loud to the service guy don’t discount on labor and taxes when I was there and he could’ve told me and explained to me what it was going to cover but I was sooo over everything already. Overall it was such a dreading experience as we had to leave that morning and my husband and I were already stressing and they honestly just made everything way worse for us. That is the second car I purchase at gateway let alone my parents and brother purchased there as well but this time I was extremely disappointed with their service and definitely not looking forward anymore. More

Your the dumbest dealership in the country you make reservations and take in Diesel trucks and do not have your only a diesel tech available for several days due to training. So now I'm told they will not even look at my truck for several days and it would be maybe a week to get it fixed because I'm at least 9 trucks behind the 1st truck. YOU GUYS SUCK you have a hundred bad reviews maybe you should look at them sometime !!!!! More
