I would recommend the center but the first tech I had there was rude and wasn’t helpful at all refused to understand my warranty and was VERY dramatic about talking to my spouse, it’s almost like he was there was rude and wasn’t helpful at all refused to understand my warranty and was VERY dramatic about talking to my spouse, it’s almost like he was threatened because I questioned his ability to do his job. Once I asked for someone else I was able to get everything done just fine and they were more then willing to call MPP and bam done! That tech was very cocky and rude against woman! More

I am frustrated that I scheduled an appointment for my vehicle and it wasn't looked at until 3 days later. On top of this, it wasn't even completed. When dropping off the car, I was quoted 3 days for the vehicle and it wasn't looked at until 3 days later. On top of this, it wasn't even completed. When dropping off the car, I was quoted 3 days for the AC to be even looked at but that the oil change could be done during the appointment. I decided just to leave the car to see if it could be done sooner than 3 days, even though I had an appointment for it to be done. On Monday, I was quoted a cost for the AC. Due to the cost, I decided to hold off on it but the oil change hadn't been completed in the 3 days the car was there. I ended up waiting another 2 hours at the dealership and it still wasn't completed even though I was told that could have been done during my appointment time 3 days earlier. Why wasn't it done? I'm confused as to why I have to make an appointment if that scheduled time isn't going to be honored. I don't' know if it's connected, but when I arrive to have service, including on this visit, I'm told which rep will be with me when I arrive. But then that rep comes up to my car and ask me why I'm there. I'm apparently on that person's schedule, I shouldn't have to give them a run down of why I'm there when it's on their paper. No one seems to know what they're doing. I really wish my time was valued. That's what a scheduled visit is for. The rep was nice and gave me a discount on the cost of the diagnostic of the AC but I won't be back to this location again. More
