Overall everything was well. Only thing was that my vehicle was not washed as offered by service person. Also when I asked to see if someone can check the shakiness of my truck, I was told that it migh vehicle was not washed as offered by service person. Also when I asked to see if someone can check the shakiness of my truck, I was told that it might go away with the tire rotation. If it didn't I would need to bring it back for a balance. I would of liked to have had it checked. I don't have the luxury of bringing it at any time as I work full time Monday thru Friday and need a vehicle to drive. More

Truck works great, but it took 2 whole days for them to even look at my truck. Service advisor was great dealership was clean . The problem is it took 2 hrs to do the oil change. They didn’t even rotate the tires, but hey the noted that in the invoice.
