Quick and Efficient I was experiencing AC blowing warm air. Since it was only left with Extended Warranty, decided to take it in for diagnostics. Appointment set, droppe I was experiencing AC blowing warm air. Since it was only left with Extended Warranty, decided to take it in for diagnostics. Appointment set, dropped truck and dealer paid for lyft ride to work. Next follow up call I received, was from Noe Montelongo, he had already received the diagnose, contacted the Extended Warranty company for coverage and completed all repairs. Truck was ready for pick up. Truck went in at 7am and ready by noon, same day. Only thing I had to pay for, was deductible of $100 on close to $1000.00 repair. More
Horrible! First was told my issue was fixed and it really wasn't!! Just to find the wont fix a defect that is a safety issue!! Appointment Times Mean Nothing The service People are polite. Service gets completed. BUT. When you call and make an appointment, it is just telling them you will be in THAT DAY. g The service People are polite. Service gets completed. BUT. When you call and make an appointment, it is just telling them you will be in THAT DAY. gateway Chevy does not make a “placed appt” for you. When you arrive you still just fall in line behind everyone else that had come into the shop starting when they opened. Your wait could still be hours! Your warranty or purchased extended warranty on top of that means ZERO. You do not even have the option for drop off and get a rental for the day! Unlike other dealerships I have dealt with and warranties. So why make and appt I asked...the Answer from my advisor “we would not accept your car if you had not made an appt”. So I was told, “Since I made a fuss, they put my car ahead of everyone, because my tech had gone to Lunch, when my appt was scheduled!!”. But do not expect that in the future. Appts are first come first serve! REALLY??? My appt was warranty work. I could not even take the part and install it my self! Loose Loose with this mess! More

Got and oil change I got a scheduled oil change. Took the vehicle quickly and presto chango after about 50 minutes it was done. Parking lot was being re-paved so no a I got a scheduled oil change. Took the vehicle quickly and presto chango after about 50 minutes it was done. Parking lot was being re-paved so no access to the car wash. Maybe get a car wash the next time. More
