Wait way too long It took 3 hours for a scheduled oil change and car wash. The service adviser failed to give me any updates as to why the lengthy process. Whoever washes the cars did such a poor job that i had to take it get it rewashed the same day. I honestly don't know why you schedule an appointment for an oil change if this is the wait time anyways. More
