Both Widmar and Keith showed professionalism and patience during my whole sales experience. Widmar was knowledgeable and had no problem showing me both the Kia Sportage and Sorrento. He explained the difference between those vehicles and showed me both engines and how they were built and what it meant. Keith was friendly and went out of his way to figure out a way I could afford the car I wanted to purchase. He never lost his patience during the time we spent negotiating a price. He always remained friendly and professional even when it seemed we were not going to reach a deal. After we reached an agreement Widmar had no problem in showing me all the intricacies of the vehicle I purchased despite the late hour. It is because of these two gentlemen I have no problem in recommending Gateway Kia to anyone interested in purchasing a KIA. More

I didnt not know what to expect when i went to the dealership. Widmar greeted me outside and was very friendly. I did have an appt with Jeff who i assumed i would be dealing with. I met Jeff and he told me that Widmar would be taking care of me. He was of course nice right off the bat. I told him my interests, colors etc. He took me for test drives, showed me around the service area,explained the car from front to back, told me all about the cookies ( and i was teased because they were all gone anyway), and then got down to business. I did not expect to be there for 5 hours but all in all it was a good experience. Widmar is definately an assett to your dealership. I would recommend your dealership and especially Widmar! More
