Tom Tomesullo was very knowledgeable about the car I wanted. Tom took me for the test drive, and explained about the car while driving. I had a Kia Sorenta 2013, which recently was tolal in MVA, so therefore I needed to replaced my vehicle , I called Gateway( because that was where I puchased my 2013 Sorenta in Sept.2012) spoke with Kevi MVA, so therefore I needed to replaced my vehicle , I called Gateway( because that was where I puchased my 2013 Sorenta in Sept.2012) spoke with Kevin explained the situation that I was in , no transportation, finance instructed me to back to original dealer for replacement . Kevin sent someone to pick me up from my home in Ewing Township from North Burnswick within a hour of speaking with him. The reception that I received on arrival was outstanding. Everyone there was friendly ,caring and thoughtful. Clem Mapp was outstanding saleman, making sure that I was as comfortable as possible( I have 3 Crack Ribs from accident) as the process of finding the right vehicle for me within the guideline of my finance co. I can't stop telling my family and friends of the outstandting customer service,quality of work ,and overall friendliness of the dealership. More
