She was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough in all aspects of the car and sales process. She walked us through the basic functions of the car and answered any questions we had through the entire process. She walked us around the dealership an made us aware of the layout for our future reference. We never felt any pressure. Janet was great to work with!! We then worked met with Zack Nagler in the finance dept to go over final paperwork. Zack was very friendly and provided us with additional maintenance and car options. Again, no pressure to purchase. Two weeks later we went back for a scheduled meeting with Dawn Shores the delivery specialist to receive a more detailed review off the of the vehicle functions and answer any questions we had. Dawn was also great to work with and extremely knowledgeable as well. Overall, this was a great experience from start to finish. More
