Jamie Hopper asked if she could help, and she never stopped helping and answering questions. She could not have been any nicer...and her patience was extremely appreciated. If I asked a question and she wasn't sure, she would pop up, and go find the answer. Jamie would explain all the newest features in late models that I was unfamiliar with...even pared up my bluetooth! That meant the world to me. Everyone there I dealt with was very nice. All this during the frigid weather...wind, snow, sleet and more. Thanks, Jamie for all you did for me. More

My husband happened to be riding by Gateway Subaru and decided to see what they had. He came across a 2012 Honda Accord. He told me about it, but I liked a different vehicle. We looked at the Accord one weekend, but were still on the fence about which vehicle we wanted. We headed up to Salisbury today to look at a vehicle, but it had been sold. Then, we stopped at another dealership, but felt the salesperson didn't do all they could to get our payment in the range we wanted. So, we decided to see if the Accord was still at Gateway and to possibly test drive it. We were greeted by Zachary Nagler when we got there. He was very informative about the vehicle and very down to earth. He even looked around the vehicle to point out any flaws, there weren't really any. He took us on a test drive. He and the staff at Gateway Subaru worked hard to get us a payment that was in the range we were seeking! I would recommend Gateway Subaru to anyone who is looking to buy a used or new car. They provided superb customer Service. Definitely top notch! More

The best car buying experience Crystal Collins was by far the best sales consultant I've ever dealt with. I did my research online and had sent a notification that I was interested Crystal Collins was by far the best sales consultant I've ever dealt with. I did my research online and had sent a notification that I was interested in a particular vehicle and withing minutes I had a response. After office hours, Crystal called me to give me all the information i needed , even a rough estimate, and I was able to set up an appointment the next day. Crystal knew absolutely all the answers to the questions I had prepared. Besides the research I had done, she took my knowledge even further. Crystal used all of her resources to give me multiple options. With Crystal's personality, and knowledge of Subaru, I do not believe anyone could leave without driving off in a car they deserve.
