Pleasant car shopping experience! Thank you Zach! I visited this dealership four times in five days. The first day was after 8pm and Zach was still there. He came out and introduced himself (even th I visited this dealership four times in five days. The first day was after 8pm and Zach was still there. He came out and introduced himself (even though it was a bit chilly outside and after they closed). He told me about Subaru and how they are hassle-free. I came back the next day interested in the XV Crosstrek. After driving the Crosstrek, a couple Outbacks, and a couple Foresters, I finally decided on the Forester. Every time I visited this dealership I had Zach help me with test drives and numerous questions. He was always extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful. In the end I almost ended up walking away because the price was just a little out of reach. Thankfully Andrew was able to get the price down to where I needed it and made my dream of owning a Subaru a reality. Wendy was also wonderful. She was able to get me an amazing interest rate and helped me with my plates and with the insurance company. It was a truly wonderful car buying experience! Magee MADE the Car Buying Experience EASY! My husband and I went out LOOKING at cars on Saturday, fully NOT prepared to purchase. Long story short, we picked up our beautiful Outback on Tuesda My husband and I went out LOOKING at cars on Saturday, fully NOT prepared to purchase. Long story short, we picked up our beautiful Outback on Tuesday. As a person who has owned approximately 15 cars in 33 years of driving, the purchase experience at Gateway was the best I've ever had. NO pressure during the sales portion. Magee was extremely knowledgable about the car and all its many features, including the "stuff" under the hood (not my forte), but something my husband appreciated. Wendy made the paperwork quick and easy, doing all the work beforehand and having it ready to go when we arrived on Tuesday. I think that the quality of a Subaru and the efficiency and care of the Gateway dealership and sales/management force makes this the best dealership on the shore. Awesome Job Gateway!!! More

We must say that Subaru Gateway has the best service in the area and its store assistants are very nice! especially Crystal Collins, who was very attentive to our needs and desires and gave us great overview and her honest opinion on those Subaru vehicles that we were interested in. After couple months of test driving different vehicles we decided that Subaru forester is the vehicle that suits all our needs and meets all our requirements, so we gave Crystal a buzz, met with her and she helped us out to get a very good deal. Fantastic Buying Experience! I was shopping around for over 2 weeks for a low mileage used car for my daughter. After surfing the internet, I found a 2011 Toyota Corolla, so I ma I was shopping around for over 2 weeks for a low mileage used car for my daughter. After surfing the internet, I found a 2011 Toyota Corolla, so I made my way out to Gateway Subaru to take a look at the car. Much to my surprise, the car was in excellent shape! A salesperson by the name of Kevin Miller greeted me and we spoke briefly about the car. I mentioned to Kevin that I was working with another salesperson, Magee Sheeler, and Kevin was more than helpful to direct me to Magee. He was very professional and courteous. I was greeted by Magee in the showroom and she offered me the opportunity to test drive the car. She was the consummate professional, courteous and made you feel welcome. I test drove the car and it didn't take me long to make a decision to make the purchase. I made an offer on the car and the negotiating time didn't take long thanks to Brian Kang offering me a fair price. Shook hands and proceeded to meet Wendy Shiavone. Much in the same manner as Magee, she was friendly and professional and make the financing process smooth as silk. I have purchased more cars that I care to count in my lifetime, but I will say that my time with Gateway Subaru ranks in my Top 5 car buying experience. The dealership is top notch and I highly recommend that if anyone is in the market for a Subaru or used car, ask for Magee to assist you in finding the car that's right for you! More
