We really appreciate her going above and beyond to get me set up with such short notice. Magee, too, was great to work with. She also contacted me the day before and met us at the dealership on Saturday. She walked me through the purchase process, let my life partner and me each do a test drive, and supported us through inspecting the car. We would definitely work with her again. More

Went back and told them where I needed to be. They agreed and then we split the cost on a remote start I wanted added on. Deal done. I did not have any pressure on me at any point in the process. Kyle was very kind and patient towards my wife who is from Honduras and that I sincerely appreciated. Everyone there was nice to my wife and I. Thank you. We had bought a pre-owned Nissan Exterra there in 2010 from Brian for my son and it is still running strong. That is one of the reasons we came back there and bought the new car. If this Outback does well, I will be back for vehicles for my daughter and son later on. Financing was a breeze. Just sign and go as I expected. Now waiting for the call to come get the permanent tags and the mail to arrive so we can send in the first payment. Delivery was outstanding. Kyle helped with the programming ( did almost all the work ) of the phone setup[ and did not make us feel like we were imposing on him. Thanks again. Excellent customer service! Kyle Hutchins was an excellent sales consultant. He easily understood our needs for the type of vehicle and price range we were looking to get in to. He communicated with us through email several times before we made the long distance trip down to see what we thought we wanted. He was not overbearing in trying to get us to come down to the dealership- a huge quality we were looking for in a sale experience. When we got there, all of the dealership employees were very helpful, and didn't mind us chasing our 1 1/2 year old around trying to keep her entertained. Kyle knew what he was talking about and answered all of our questions very easily. Wendy Schiavone was overly helpful and got us into the monthly payment range we needed to be in, without much hassle. She was very friendly, especially with our daughter. Brian Kang appraised our trade-in and gave us a fair deal on it without any hassle. We ended up getting the Forester that they had advertised on the internet, and their ad for it was completely honest and true. We test drove a few vehicles that night, and still bought the one that drew us to Gateway in the first place. Overall, we left Gateway feeling like we had gotten a fair deal, all the way through the process. I would definitely recommend this dealership to other people. Thank you! More

Crystal was AMAZING from showroom floor to test drive and right through the paperwork process. She even helped me transition to my new car. When I came in the next day to drop off keys for my trade-in she and Brian greeted me with a "Happy First Day". I will be recommending that everyone I know start shopping Subaru and get started right here with this great team!!!! More

Super experience My experience at your dealership was above and beyond expectation. Crystal was a delight and shared so much knowledge about the vehicles . Her warm personality and bright smile helped ease my fears about buying a car. This was my first experience at buying a car. My husband always found the car and I just picked the color. But now I have to make these kind of choices alone and Chrystal made it easy. She asked me about the things I wanted in a vehicle and helped me chose one that fit those needs. I took my 18 year old grandson with me to help. He had been searching online for a car that I would like and he thought the Subaru might fit my desire for a station wagon. He was so impressed with Chrystal's knowledge and expertise. We went to 3 dealers that day and none of them were as helpful and knowledgeable. But probably the thing that I appreciated the most about Crystal was the fact that she wasn't pushy about selling me a car. Sure she called me once or twice, but I never felt pressured to make a decision. A month went by before I made a return visit. After reading Consumer Report and talking with many people who owned a Subaru, I decided to go back for a Test Drive. That experience was great and with Chrystal's help I now own a Subaru Forester.
