They took the time to help me understand every part of buying from them. They also went way above and beyond for me. I felt Fred was super excited for me for getting the same SUV that he had. What an experience, as i drove away in my new ride, I didn't feel swindled, tricked or pressured. I drove away feeling happy about the choice I made.
