My only disappointment was the extremely long wait while having the car I purchased cleaned and ready for me to drive away, after having purchased it. The department that did the detailing was backed up. I am not sure if they were short staffed, slow workers or poorly managed but I would have given this dealership a five star if they could have had my car ready in a timely manner. I was there for almost 2 hours after I signed the final papers. More
