Quick purchase of 2016 Fiat Trekking 500x Jim Sadowski was the reason I purchased the Fiat as I was leaning more towards a Honda Fit...he proved to be approachable and a fellow New Yorker and Jim Sadowski was the reason I purchased the Fiat as I was leaning more towards a Honda Fit...he proved to be approachable and a fellow New Yorker and veteran (thank you for your service to this fabulous country Jim)...the Fiat will be our first as I am a long time Toyota (Tundra) loyalist so we will be extremely watchful of this vehicle's longevity/durability and the Chrysler Corp consumer service...while my consumer club felt that the Chrysler group should not have been chosen I became willing to take a chance due to my conversation with Jim even while I know that I could have done better with the final price elsewhere. Worst Service Experience I ever had Made an appointment to bring in my 200 Chrysler at 10:30am on a Saturday as instructed- I went at 5pm to pick it up, they had not even brought it int Made an appointment to bring in my 200 Chrysler at 10:30am on a Saturday as instructed- I went at 5pm to pick it up, they had not even brought it into the shop and I was told "we won't get to it today", my question, Why did I make an appointment? Without an apology the staff functioned as tho this is business as usual. They are closed on Sunday! I was unable to pick up my car until the following Tuesday. The best of all...car was exactly as I brought it in, and I was told we need to order a part and we will call you when it arrives, that was two and a half weeks ago, still no call. Maybe the Sales department is good per the reviews, but be assured the Service Department is the WORST I have ever been to and will not be returning there- that is even if they should call, which I doubt. To sum it up....STAY AWAY! Not good or professional at all More
