My salesman, Robert Hilms, offered his assistance and actually left me alone to browse!! After seeing a model I liked, he was straight forward in saying he would have a hard time getting the vehicle in my price range. He then showed me a used model with very low miles and the vehicle sold itself! Robert was a relief in that he was not overbearing and very honest in my dealings with him. The sales manager was also very courteous as this was at closing time. More

I contacted Keith Condatore via phone due to dealing with him in previous purchases. I had him price out a few different new trucks and explore any recent trade ins. Within a few hours he had provided me with many different options and prices. With the timely, responsive, and no pressure sales service of Keith I made my decision to purchase the truck after a thorough review. I had on issue with the truck but was immediately resolved by Keith. Will definitely continue future purchases here. More

It is in perfect shape and I received a completely accurate description from my salesperson, Jeff. I purchased the car sight unseen and had it shipped to Tallahassee. The long distance interaction was smooth and efficient. In well less than a week after my initial call the car was at my door with title, registration completed. They only charged $300 for the transport. The price of the car was great even compared to the KBB pricing. I had been looking for the identical new car as it was my dream car in everyway and decked out. The same car would have cost me twice as much!! More

After 1 week and a problem , Gator Chrysler Can not help. 1 week after I purchased my used 2012 300 the tire pressure warning came on. When I took it to a tire business they stated the tire rim was bent on th 1 week after I purchased my used 2012 300 the tire pressure warning came on. When I took it to a tire business they stated the tire rim was bent on the inside and would not allow a seal and would slowly leak air. I contacted the sales floor to see what my options were and they stated since the car sat there for a month with no issues they could not tell if I had hit something or not and could not help me. The people I worked with and spoke with were good, but this has left a bad taste in my mouth and poor customer service. Aaron Jarek was my salesman and did a good job in purchasing the car. This was my 2nd and last car purchased through them. More
I would never refer anyone to this dealership! I purchased my vehicle in June 2015. My vehicle did not have a manual with it, so my sales person informed that she was going to find one and mail it I purchased my vehicle in June 2015. My vehicle did not have a manual with it, so my sales person informed that she was going to find one and mail it to me and that my tag will be mailed to me within the next 2 weeks. I had to come back the next day to sign some paperwork so I drove up there and they detailed my car and was trying to give me a manual for a 2013 ( I have a 2014) Dodge Durango; I informed that my car is all touch screen and this manual is for a 2013 that does not have a touch screen; he told me they are all the same. So 2 weeks came and went still no tag; called the office and they told me that I had to drive up there and get it. I called the following day to make sure my tag was still there. (have in mind its been over 2 weeks and no manual.) The lady on the phone said yes she has it in her hand and it will be here. When I got off of work, I loaded up my husband and kids and took the 40 minute drive up there. When I got there I asked for my tag; she then proceeds to tell me that she could have mailed it. She went to go look for it and could not find it. I told her I had just spoke to her and she had it in her hand. An hour and half later; they found my tag. I again asked about my manual. They told they were going to ask the sales person to order me one and mail it to me. About a 2 weeks go by; I called this dealership and spoke with a sales person; they again told me they are going to order me a manual and send it to me. 1 1/2 weeks went by no manual. I called the dealership and asked someone who I can call to get a manual because this is getting ridiculous! He told me he has to look for the number and he will call me back. No return phone call. I called about 2 week tomorrow and asked about my manual; the lady that answered the phone said she will take a message and have someone order me a manual. I informed her my problem with the manual that has been going on for over 2 months now! She took a message and told me that the owner Mr. Kelly will return my phone call. It has now been almost 2 weeks now and still NO return phone call!!!! It has been over a 2 month problem and no one can return my phone call or get me a manual or tell me how to get one. I would never refer anyone to this dealership. Worst dealership I have ever dealt with!!!! They are only nice to you so they can get the deal! More
