Service Department Only! I would recommend buying a vehicle Was not helpful over the phone. My jeep was an oil change out of warranty. They would rather throw parts at the vehicle at your expense than properly Was not helpful over the phone. My jeep was an oil change out of warranty. They would rather throw parts at the vehicle at your expense than properly troubleshoot it. When reprogramming my key that they agreed would be replaced for free it if it couldn't be reprogrammed it "coincidentally" jammed in the ignition switch. Then the story changed to "Gator" would replace the ignition and I would need to purchase the $270 key on top of the $275 software flash they thought would fix it the first time. (they wanted to replace the WCM if the update didn't work) because Jeep doesn't cover ignition switches as they are "wear and tear" items. When I picked up the vehicle they gave me half of the old key. They said the other half was stuck in the switch that was now under warranty from Jeep but the key the switch broke was not covered. Very poor time management. On both occasions they waited till the end of the day to tell me the vehicle would not be ready when I specifically asked for a heads up so I could make arrangements. I ended up renting a car the first time because it was a Friday afternoon. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the Service manager he told me it was my fault I didn't purchase the extended warranty coverage that would cover these problems. More
