We started out being very pleased with everyone at the dealership, there friendliness and willing to help and Chuck especially went out of his way to make us happy. He took us around several times looking and test driving a few different cars we were interested in but could not make up our mind my husband has terminal cancer and wanted something he called it for his bucket list. Chuck did this for hours out in the rain and he was more then patient and very understanding. We paid cash for a 2004 Jaguar XK. We wanted an extended warranty and was told the same dealership would not give us one on the Jaguar but Chuck said he did not know why, but we can go to Ford and purchase one so we were content with that. That is where the happiness ended with the dealership. We went the very next day to Ford to purchase an extended warranty we met with Mike in Finance who also spent alot of time with us making phone calls only for us to find out no one will issue a warranty on the XK model. We now feel we were totally mislead and had we knew this information before being sent on a run around we would have purchased another car instead of the XL,like I said there were also two others we were considering. We should have realized something wasn't right when the car dealer we purchased it from wouldn't give us one to purchase,and when we kept getting a lower price on the XK but not as low on the others.We now have a very bitter taste in our mouth due to this and we are stuck with a car we are very leary of and may have to start all over again at another dealership trading in the XK for a car we can get an extended warranty on. The last question asked was would we recommend this dealership, well we honestly don't know but if we did we would have to tell them of our experience and tell them proceed with caution. More
