The people and companies who are great at what they do are those that are prepared for what they do. My salesman (Chris) told me a story that he thought I would laugh at. He heard exactly what kind of car I was looking for, knew my budget, and worked very hard to make it happen. I am a third time customer with Gator (not counting service), and I have never had a bad experience (including service). Instead, Gator Chrysler, worked together as a team to earn my loyalty, trust, and respect. I don't know what they are putting in the coffee down there, but their team is prepared, and from a car buying perspective, they are great at what they do. My only disappointment is that I have a Gator logo on 2 of my cars now, and I am a die-hard Florida State Seminole from a family with generations of FSU alumni. I am a little shamed about that. More

My husband & I had phone conversations and e-mails with Barbara for two days prior to meeting her. She was very friendly, yet professional. Although we have been Gator customers since 2008 we did shop other dealerships comparing availability and pricing. We decided to stay with Gator because of all the people we spoke with we felt Barbara was the most knowlegable about the product, and honest, and the only one who made us feel that when we arrived we would see what we were interested in and the pricing would be as stated and not a bait and switch. After the sale she spent a lot of time to teach me about the vehicle. Stephanie was also friendly, yet professional, explained things well and able to answer all my questions.
