It was raining the whole day we were there and he never even blinked to run outside in the rain many times to retrieve another car for us to test drive. Junior was knowledgeable about the stock of vehicles they had at the time and helpful with the negotiating process. We had our 12 year old son with us who was less then pleased with spending his Saturday at a car dealership but Junior started conversation with him and helped to distract him from his boredom while he waited for us to purchase a car. I would definitely recommend Junior to anyone. I hate purchasing vehicles but I have to say that this experience was enjoyable. Maryann is experienced and a expert when it comes to financing and warranties. You can tell she is not only great at her job but more then anything she cares about the people she serves. Honest Helpful Service Advisor Recently my niece took her truck to another repair facility for a check engine light. She was told that certain items needed replaced to correct pro Recently my niece took her truck to another repair facility for a check engine light. She was told that certain items needed replaced to correct problem. After approximately $1000.00 she picked up truck and the next day the light came back on. Since her truck was a dodge I made a call and spoke with Rey. He told me if we brought truck over it would take a few days to get it in the shop for diagnosis. During the conversation I asked several questions and he answered without overpromising. Once the truck was there he gave me his cell phone number in case we had more questions. True to his word in a few days he called with detailed news. He was honest and did not recommend needless work only what had to be done in order to fix the truck. I am a high maintenance customer and he handled the situation like a professional. He responded to every call and text and thoroughly answered all questions. If you own a Dodge and have a service issue, I recommend that you take your vehicle to Gator and request Rey Diaz as your service advisor!! More

This is the third time I have done business with this dealership and I myself have purchased two vehicles now from them and my mother-in-law another. Each experience was painless, quick and easy with no sales gimmicks or underlying hidden costs. The ONLY negative for this dealership is there "Add-Ons" sticker on top of the manufacturers pricing. No one would ever pay or charge for this meaningless upgrades and / or pricing increases. That seriously is the only negative and everything else is 100% positive. Loving my new 2018 Dodge Challenger SXT Plus and my next vehicle (Jeep Wrangler Unlimited) will be purchased here in the near future!!! More

The finance person was very professional and handled the finances to our satisfaction. There was an immediate problem with the car (check engine light) that prevented us bringing the car home that day. The service department did an excellent job getting us into a loaner and resolving the problem quickly. Laura Prodell, service advisor was also very professional. Gator was very generous with an accessory we bought because of our initial problems. More
