With the new Grand Cherokee (bought on June 29, 2025) we received one key only. We told them to get us a second key - accepted. Today, July 21 we are still without the 2nd key. Waiting again for an hour to received one key only. We told them to get us a second key - accepted. Today, July 21 we are still without the 2nd key. Waiting again for an hour to get a 2nd key copied we were told it's the wrong model and they have to order another one - impossible - it sucks. We had a Cherokee before (2012 to 2018) and were happy with the service, but this has dramatically changed. What a pity! More
Most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had a dealership. Let me start off by saying that I drove over an hour and a half to see a “perfect truck”. I met with Alec a salesman that I’ve bee dealership. Let me start off by saying that I drove over an hour and a half to see a “perfect truck”. I met with Alec a salesman that I’ve been talking to on Facebook who listed the truck for sale. I looked over the truck and it appeared to be in okay condition. I then started the truck and noticed the tuner for the truck was not functioning, this is a serious problem because the truck has been tuned and deleted and the truck is a ticking time bomb without the tuner. I also asked if they had the key for the truck and they said they only have the valet key. I sat down with Alec and told him what I was willing to pay, knowing that it needed a new tuner and a key made. Alec inform me he would let his manager know, and the manager came over to talk to me. I informed the manager of what I was willing to pay, knowing that it needed a tuner and a key made, and that I wasn’t willing to pay any more than that, as it is a risk to even get it home without the tuner. He said he couldn’t do it for that price so I got up to leave. As I was approaching the exit, I asked a manager again if you would take my price and he got in my face, blocking me from leaving and yelled and me and said that I was a piece of xxxx and that there is nothing wrong with the truck. Then tried to poke me in the chest. I told the manager to get out of my face and get out of the way, I was leaving. Alec hid behind a truck that was parked in the showroom and had a look of discuss on his face that the manager would do that. The manager then finally moved out of the way so I was able to exit. As I exited the door the sales manager then yelled at Alec, and told him to sell the f***ing truck to some other sucker. More
Appears to be classic “bait and switch,” unfair trade practices. Will be filing complaint with Florida attorney generals office and FTC based upon unfair trade practices. Met sales person, Josh Beaugrand practices. Will be filing complaint with Florida attorney generals office and FTC based upon unfair trade practices. Met sales person, Josh Beaugrand and asked about used Audi Q5 advertised, he sent me over to the lot by the Alfa Romero dealership where I met Robin who showed me the car and took me for test drive and to pick up my wife to see the car. Returned to the dealership, while wife and I in process of doing paperwork to purchase vehicle after test drive based upon good price. Next thing we know Josh Beaugrand showed up with another couple and pulled car out from under us because the other couple were going to test drive the car. At this point I told everyone that we were in the process of doing the paperwork to buy the car. Next thing we know, owners son tells us the car is being sold to other couple — “But we have other cars.” Very unethical as we were there first and were in process of buying. Also unfair to rep that spent time with us and was literally in the process of completing our paperwork. Josh said nothing about another buyer when I first arrived and inquired about the car. Never seen anything like this in over 40 years of buying and selling cars. Appears to be possible “bait and switch,” unfair trade practice. Went to look at a 2 door wrangler knowing that 3. 8 motors have issues, oil leaks, oil consumption and coolant problems. I also visited multi places online to see what's the trade in value (by the VIN 8 motors have issues, oil leaks, oil consumption and coolant problems. I also visited multi places online to see what's the trade in value (by the VIN) was to know how much markup they have in it. When I got there the gentleman didn't know anything about the jeep, I know this because the kept going to his phone to tell me stuff about the jeep. I quickly pointed out this motor has oil leak problems and I was pointing out on the motor the oil stains from the gasket leaks along with the stain from the coolant under the housing. He asked me if I thought it could be fixed already.... you are the salesmen, you should know the history of the vehicles that you wanting to sell. I said no because they looked kinda fresh and it looks like someone halfway cleaned off. Also, the bolts on the motor hasn't been messed with because the rust on everything looks like no one put a socket or wrench on them since they were installed. Yeah almost every bolt had rust on the. Some studs that are used for standoffs were so bad the threads were coming off. I also noticed multi bushings were shot on the suspension and were cracked / dry rotted When I told him what the trade in was worth he laughed and started i had no idea what I was talking about because all those sites don't buy cars and he knows because they buy cars. The said auction prices. Guess what. Auction is what the car is going for towards the low end (most of the time). Trade is what a stealership is willing to give you and they would either have to markup on the lot to make money or if it doesn't sell they send it to the auction to be sold off so they know at least what they can get for it and still make money. All this to say the trade in was about 6-7K for this jeep when i looked it up by the VIN and they were wanting 14K for it. Stealerships at thier finest. I told him I was no longer interested in the Jeep, he didn't seem to care about the sale no longer and I walked away. I heard good things about Gator, maybe this was a fluke but I'm not interested in returning to them. More
Salesman was extremely pushy and would not listen to a word I was saying in regards to my budget or what I was looking for. Instead kept insisting on showing me all high end vehicles outside my budget. Al word I was saying in regards to my budget or what I was looking for. I took my 2013 Dodge Journey(after getting diagnostic from another place), so grateful for getting a second opinion, Anthony was honest to tell me about the recall on my issue, saved me over a thousand.. from another place), so grateful for getting a second opinion, Anthony was honest to tell me about the recall on my issue, saved me over a thousand.. I had other preventive maintenance done, unfortunately 2 days later, there was an overlooked gasket or something that made my car spew fuel, and I couldnt start my car, I called them about the issue. The manager was so kind to offer to pick up my car, and will look at the issue. Before the day is over, Richard called me and explained what happened and got it fix(no charge), and offered to deliver my car back to my house. This is the company I wished everyone have, honest, respectful and great service. BTW, they gave me ride when I drop my car the first time, and pick me up when my car was ready. Service Department got ALL 5 STAR from me. I'll be sure to use them from here on out. I might even buy my granddaughter car from them. GO GATOR. More

To top it off, the manager present rushed after me, got in my face and cussed me out while leaving the store. Will never do business here. Very unprofessional business. I would have given them a 5 star based on my previous connections. I bought 2 cars from them and up to recently I was very happy. I sent the following message 3 times and never received a response 1st connections. I bought 2 cars from them and up to recently I was very happy. I sent the following message 3 times and never received a response 1st time on October 7,2022. I would have sent it via email if they had ONE!.: I traded in my 2005 Town & Country van (purchased new from you) for a new 2021 Pacifica, last year. We returned from a short vacation last month to find that the vehicle was completely dead. After calling Chrysler roadside and waiting for more than 4 hours, the tow-truck came and I had to help him determine that the batteries were dead. After some work we were able to get it out of the garage and he towed it to your facility (late pm on Sept. 15,2022) and he forgot to take the keys. I called your service office and they could not find my car, which worried me more. They finally found it and I brought my key to the facility Friday (9/16) around 9:15 am and handed it to a technician (he was wearing a gator tech outfit) with a nametag and I do not remember his name (a short name ~5 letters). He was stepping away from the service writer’s kiosk and walking to the service door. He asked if he could help me and I explained why I was there. He said that he was working on my vehicle and took the keys. I told him the details of the problem and he walked in the service door. I called later that day for status and they told me that they could not find the keys. I called several times and talked to Scott; he was going to talk to the tech’s and still could not find the keys. I brought in my back-up keys on Monday and the car was repaired on Tuesday. Scott said that he would continue to look for the keys and that we would settle this issue. My wife stopped by the other day to find out status and was told that they could not find the keys and that we would have to pay $300 for the replacement. My concern is that a set of keys to my car is floating around somewhere and you want me to pay for the replacement. I agree I own some of this since I did not write down the name of the person I gave it to, however when I called to tell them that the keys were not with the vehicle, I was not told who to specifically give the keys to? I have always been impressed with the level of service and the completeness of the job done at your dealership, I was surprised and disappointed that an offer to share the cost of the replacement was not made.
