Worst Service Experience I ever had Made an appointment to bring in my 200 Chrysler at 10:30am on a Saturday as instructed- I went at 5pm to pick it up, they had not even brought it int Made an appointment to bring in my 200 Chrysler at 10:30am on a Saturday as instructed- I went at 5pm to pick it up, they had not even brought it into the shop and I was told "we won't get to it today", my question, Why did I make an appointment? Without an apology the staff functioned as tho this is business as usual. They are closed on Sunday! I was unable to pick up my car until the following Tuesday. The best of all...car was exactly as I brought it in, and I was told we need to order a part and we will call you when it arrives, that was two and a half weeks ago, still no call. Maybe the Sales department is good per the reviews, but be assured the Service Department is the WORST I have ever been to and will not be returning there- that is even if they should call, which I doubt. To sum it up....STAY AWAY! Not good or professional at all More

Great Experience at Gator What a great sales experience my wife and I received at Gator. Our sales rep Patrick put us in the perfect vehicle on our first visit and at the What a great sales experience my wife and I received at Gator. Our sales rep Patrick put us in the perfect vehicle on our first visit and at the price we were hoping for. I liked the fact that we did not have to sign lease documents with a finance manager at the dealership. All the paperwork was signed at Patrick's desk, and it was obvious that he had a good team responding quickly to his/our requests in the back office. We are a very busy couple with little time, and we were in and out in remarkably short order. I have leased 5 previous vehicles at 3 different dealerships, and have to say this was our best experience due to Patrick and Gator's willingness to get us to our price, the fit of the vehicle for our needs, and the speed with which it was done. No gimmicks. Just a willingness to get us what we were looking for. I had been to two other dealerships looking at similar vehicles, and left because they kept making the process tougher than it needed to be. I just wanted a car, at a price I felt good about, with as little involvement in the paper work as possible and as quickly as I could get it done.
