Purchased a 2015 Dodge Journey Purchased a brand new 2015 Dodge Journey at 1300 miles has issues with gauges failing to work. At 1400 miles same problem happens. Service claimed i Purchased a brand new 2015 Dodge Journey at 1300 miles has issues with gauges failing to work. At 1400 miles same problem happens. Service claimed it was fixed both times. It is back again at 1800 miles, this time losing brakes and steering on interstate 95 with my two children in the car. Dealership refuses to assist in rectifying problem. This wouldn't be so bad but I have an aunt who is dying from cancer in another state and all 3 times I have had to cancel my trip to say goodbye to her. Dealership is not very helpful and claims it is Chrysler's fault. How nice is that. More

I warned my daughter (as this was her first experience in purchasing a car) about all the "stereotypically car salesman" stories but she still wanted to come. Don Esindu walked in the rain with us and made sure we got to see/drive all vehicles my daughter was interested in. Don was very pleasant/professional, as well as the Sales Manager and staff.
