Wonderful Salesman I have to say, I have typically hated car shopping and the whole experience of dealing with sales personnel. That was not at all the case on Saturday I have to say, I have typically hated car shopping and the whole experience of dealing with sales personnel. That was not at all the case on Saturday when I was greeted outside by Allen Wade. Right from the very start he was very down to earth, not pushy and listened to what I was looking for. He went inside to find keys to what I was interested in looking at and because one of the vehicles had been moved to another location and not easy to locate, we went to the other areas scouting it out. He made multiple calls and connections and he found what he thought would be the better vehicle for us based on listening to what we were looking for. We were not disappointed. He was right. Although a large purchase for us, it was not a huge sale for him and he was so patient during the process and after all the paperwork was done, he went outside with me and offered to make sure my phone was synced up and went over some of the features with me. He even offered to have me stop by after a week or so of reading the manually and figuring out everything, if I had any unresolved issues or needed any help at all. Most salesmen would have hurried me out the door so they could try for another larger sale and certainly not welcomed me back for additional hand holding. I would not hesitate to recommend Allen and Gator Chrysler and return if I need something in the future. Thank you Allen, your patience, kindness and listening skills were much appreciated!
