I am a new mother so I wanted something with space and most importantly, safety. We were approached by Eddie O upon walking out to the lot and right off the bat, we knew we were in good hands. Not only have I seen the "Gotta get to gator!" commercials, but I read reviews such as this one prior to arriving and felt good about stopping by this dealership. I picked out a few Jeep models that I was interested in, test drove, "wheeled and deal'd" and needless to say, we drove off the lot with my first brand new car, a Jeep Patriot with only 9 miles on it!! Staff was awesome and easy to get along with. We didn't feel any pressure or uncomfortable about pricing and Eddie was good about being upfront and honest with us. Pulling up on to the lot, I was greeted courteously, not hounded incessantly and bombarded by a barrage of questions as I have experienced elsewhere. After being greeted, I informed one of the salesmen I was there to meet Jeff McKnight, as we had spoken on the phone earlier. Following a short wait, I met up with Jeff, looked at the vehicle I had expressed interest in, took it for a test drive, and settled down for the "negotiations". No heavy handed high-pressure tactics here. "You like the vehicle? Yes? Cool, let's make this work". Very laid back and easy, I didn't feel like I had to put up a wall around my wallet. We came to amenable terms, handed in the keys to my trade in, got the keys to the new vehicle, and finished up very quickly. I highly recommend the sales staff at Gator's used car lot, really down to earth friendly folks, that certainly don't give off the wolf in sheeps clothing vibe. Best experience to date. I met Brandon Pimer at my place of employment and mentioned I was looking to trade in my 08 Corolla. He was well groomed pleasant and carried himself I met Brandon Pimer at my place of employment and mentioned I was looking to trade in my 08 Corolla. He was well groomed pleasant and carried himself well for his young years. He mentioned he had some Toyota"s on his lot as well as a large inventory of used cars with warranties, which we were looking to have with any purchase. I told him our specific requirements in order to upgrade to a newer car, as we wanted to, but did not need to do so. He said it was do-able with the credit scores I had quoted, and the max payment I stated. The following day he returned with the initial paperwork as to expedite the buying process as I had mentioned that we hate the 6-8 hour norm of the past experiences. The following day he delivered all he promised in !/2 the time of the past purchasing experiences.
