Dodge Ram 2013 Purchased a used Dodge Ram 2013 Big Horn with only 6500 miles and had problems from the beginning. The biggest discontent was when we were hand the key fob, we only received one, yet we handed over 2 clickers on our trade-in and 3 sets of keys. When asked about a second key, due to the uniqueness of this key, we were informed by sales that we would have to purchase the second one. It is not like I can just run down to Home Depot and have a second one made up. These devices costs are in the hundreds and aftermarket places don't guarantee they will work. I raised my dissatisfaction up the chain the day after purchase for over 2 months and finally the General Sales Manager pretty much told me, "Oh well, we don't always have 2 keys". Had I know keys may not be included in the sales; I would have negotiated this in my deal. Be forewarned; cover your bases when negotiating your purchase. Don't take anything for granted. Also within a week it was identified that we had a bent rear axle that need to be replaced. The dealership inspection didn’t catch this, but the service guy figured it on pretty quick (great inspection job). Then a week later the digital radio began flipping out (multiple times) to a blue screen and nothing on it works. You just have to wait and hope it comes back. We had the axel fixed within a week, but it is going on over 3 weeks to get the service department to follow up on the radio issue. If you don't keep on them......you'll lose out. Follow through is not something that this dealership seems to take pride in. They never return phone calls. I am beginning to really regret my purchase. More

I was not so sure if I was ready for a min van, but after test driving both the Town & Country and the Dodge Grand Caravan, we decided to go with the Grand Caravan. Steve was not a pushy salesman, but is great help if you know what you need and want and he will find the right vehicle for you. The financing part was done professionally and the rest of the staff we chatted with were nice and friendly as well. We are enjoying our new van so far!
