Kevin entertained us and made the trip memorable. We were quickly ready to leave 5 minutes after arriving and smelling the interior of the Compass I had selected. Kevin took care of that pretty smoothly and a potentially volatile scenario was quickly turned around. We have purchased a ton of vehicles from NY to CA to SC and he topped them all. We just spent the past 36 hours buying my son in Pasadena a 2014 Elantra via phone/internet and as we told Kevin it was tantamount to a root canal without the novacaine. My 23 yr old has a 780 FICO, we had a loan for him approved by the CEO of our former Credit Union, we had the car picked out, and everything was arranged and it still took 5 hours and made him late for work because the dealership was ill-run? We have some follow up actions with you, Radio switch, trim detail, and no second key for the vehicle but I know Kevin will hold up his end and with Terri's new credit union here in Vero we are looking forward to referring folks, although she will have to be careful about "local business". We are extremely pleased and theses days spending thousands doesn't guarantee that feeling! Thanks again for turning Kevin loose on us! David Hessberger More
