Went in for an oil change and left in a new truck! I came in to get an oil change on my Ram when I ran into the salesman (Jim Sadowski) that sold me my vehicle 2 years earlier. Dealer Rep Don Esindu listened to me, asked pertinent questions, discussed my credit situation and asked for my needs and must haves, how and where I Dealer Rep Don Esindu listened to me, asked pertinent questions, discussed my credit situation and asked for my needs and must haves, how and where I would be using the vehicle and made a few suggestions and asked if I'd considered purchasing a New Vehicle as I'd have a better chance with financing. He suggested the Patriot, which I had looked at in the showroom, so we walked out to look at Patriots, he immediately showed me the Jeep Patriot with 'Sports Pkg' and we took a test drive, I fell in love with it immediately, however we also, to make my daughter happy, drove a Compass......but I had fallen in love with the Patriot! I Walked in the door at 9 am planning on buying a 'used' Jeep, and with Mr. Esindu's patience and guidance walked out a 12:30 with a NEW 2015 Jeep Patriot, with payments I could handle. There was no pressure, the whole process was stress free even with my very imperfect credit. Don Esindu LISTENED, walked me through the process, didn't 'sell' me a vehicle, he guided me. I would recommend Mr. Esindu to anyone considering buying a new vehicle, as a matter of fact, my daughter is saving for a down payment and plans within the next 90 days to purchase a new Jeep and will only go to Mr. Esindu .
