We were greeted by a very helpful salesman, his name was Jeff. He was very understanding and kind to me and my badly bruised wife. We were shown several cars that could serve as a replacement for my 300. While my insurance company was determining the value of the totaled 300, Jeff and his sale manager Dennis were extremely helpful with the financing. Since this was my first day of shopping for a new car, I didn't want to jump into the first car that we road tested. We went home and searched online for Chrysler 300s. Of the hundreds of 300s within 75 miles, I found the prices of the 300s that Jeff showed us very competitive. We also visited several other car lots and spoke to other salesmen. When our insurance determined the pay off price for our car, we were ready to buy. Since this was going to be the third time dealing with Gators, I felt very confident that we were going to get a great price and excellent customer service. My only reservation was the 2013 Chrysler 300c had 29,000 miles on it. I was concerned that the warranty would run out too soon. After meeting with the wonderful Maryann, she offered us several options for a custom long term warranty that worked perfectly for my wife and I. After leaving her office, I was totally confident that we made the correct decision to return to Gators. Then the icing on the cake, while we were in the financial office, Jeff had our car detailed ready to drive our new pre-owned 300C. When asked by my friends, (where sure I look to by my next car?) I will be 100% happy to say Gator Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram! More
