Paid Full Suggested Retail and Didn't get a 30-day Warranty We purchased a 2011 CX-7 from Gator at a price that Kelly Blue Book says is full suggested retail. They do not provide a 30-day warranty and would not touch-up the paint nicks on the rear bumper for that price. From another dealer in a past purchase I received a much better price and a 30-day warranty. I feel sort-of left out in the cold. They offered an extended 3-year warranty at $1400 but I can't afford that after paying so much for the car. The salesman, Mike Gorycki was very friendly and even spent an extra 5 minutes trying (unsuccessfully) to get the bluetooth to sync (to no avail). More

The car buying experience was excellent. I brought my 18 year old daughter Suzy in who was looking to buy her first car. It was at night and we really weren’t looking to buy, just look. We told him what we were looking for and the price range. He was patient and really worked with us to get us just the right car with a payment that was affordable. My daughter being a student and working part time we did not want to have a payment that would stress her but at the same time have a safe and reliable car and we got both. It has been over a month now and she told me she just loves her car. It was a night and after closing when we finished up, I mention that because Keith went the extra mile and washed and cleaned her car himself because the detailing crew had gone home. That really impressed Suzy and I. When we got home my son asked me if I thought he could get a good deal like that so I brought him in to see Keith a few weeks later and it was the same song second verse! Aaron drove out in a Mitsubishi eclipse along with an extremely affordable payment that he is ecstatic about. All I can say is fantastic job to Keith and the whole team. I would add that the gentleman that did the fiancé with both Suzy and Aaron was fantastic, sorry I can't remember his name. Interesting side note I bought my first car right there back in 1974 when it was Gator Chrysler with "Big Joe Brett". Keep up the good work. More
