You should definitely seek her out if you are in the market for a new vehicle. We first met her 2 years ago when we were looking to replace our 10 year old Town and Country. We were also considering the Toyota Sienna and had just been at the local Toyota dealer. Barbara made us feel very comfortable and showed us a few of the T&Cs that were on the lot. At no time did we feel like we getting a run around, just straight forward answers, with no pressure. It really sealed the deal for us and we made a purchase that day. We recently were in the market for new car and were very relieved to learn that Barbara was still working for Gator. We were not sure what make and model we wanted though. Barbara listened to us describe details about what we wanted in a new car and then showed us several different models to consider. She was very patient with us and explained the variety of different features each vehicle had. Like before - straight answers, no pressure. We did some comparison shopping at the local Ford and Mazda dealers but in the end kept coming back to Barbara for assistance. In the end we decided on a new 2015 Dodge Journey Crossroad, a car that hadn't even been in my original list, but once Barbara showed us all the features and what a value it was, it just stood out from the others. We've even purchased it sight unseen since the model with the features we want is still on the way to the dealer! As I said in the title, this is the 5th car we've purchased from this dealer. We've consistently had the best buying experience and felt we received the best value for our dollars. More
